Studio Apartman Fictilis - Split

The host made me feel at home. Apartment's location was magnificent near SPAR supermarket a lot of restaurants and bars, the Split Riva, Kasjuni Beach and the center of the split. And I was located as very close to the seafront.

Despite being right in the center of town, the noise at night was minimal, great to enjoy a peaceful sleep. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the old town and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The host, Silvija, was kind and helpful, providing us with ample towels, toiletries. We felt taken care of.

Thanks for perfect stay for 2-3 nights and close enough to the center, the old palace and Kasjuni Beach on Bolt Taxi. Bright, absolutely perfect rooms complete with 3 windows, great rainshower with plenty of hot water, as example.

Silvija went above and beyond when my daughter was stranded without accommodation and I booked her into her apartment from Australia. Silvija found my daughter for me and took her back to the apartment and looked after her for her 3 days in the city. She sent me numerous emails assuring me my daughter was safe with her. I could never thank her enough. The apartment was just beautiful, clean and handy to all the city has to offer. Silvija's attention to detail, excellent communication, and fantastic recommendations made our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the stylish decor and the cleanliness of the place. Silvija's kindness and friendly nature made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying at this amazing apartment!

The location of this apartment is absolutely incredible. Just steps away from the magnificent Cathedral of St Domnius and the charming People's Square-Pjaca, it's like being in the heart of a historical fairy tale. And the best part? Split itself is just a short stroll away, making it a breeze to explore this vibrant city. Trust me, you won't find a more central location than this!

This apartment met the demands. We had a just perfect stay in Split very close to square, the old palace in the centre of Split and Kasjuni Beach. We truly enjoyed the host.

Be aware of potential noise from late-night restaurants and bars in the area.

Great location near palace, good value. Host friendly, helpful, great communicator. Apartment clean, well-appointed. Excellent recommendations for restaurants. Convenient for early airport transfer. Clean and Comfy: The apartment had a tile/marble floor that was spotlessly clean, making it feel fresh and inviting. The bed was as cozy as a fluffy cloud, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

Stairs in Historical Location: Although not problematic for me, older guests might find the stairs a slight inconvenience. However, considering the hotel is nestled within a historical site, it's understandable that some stairs are unavoidable.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from everything in the Old Town of Split. It is also recently updated and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. the host, Silvija, is wonderful and provides excellent recommendations for local restaurants. She even greeted us with a smile for our early airport transfer and left a lovely bottle of cordial in the apartment.

We felt really welcomed and had no complaints at all.

Superb location within the historic palace, close to all the main sights. the host was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations. the room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. the host even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out time.

The apartment is situated above a bar, so there was some noise from the music until midnight. when the windows were shut, it was tolerable.

Wow! What an amazing modern apartment in a fabulous location! Right in the Diocletian Palace in a very central spot. Airconditioning was really effective and bed was so comfortable and the studio apartment has everything you need plus a sense of space. Silvija is an absolute gem and the most thoughtful and caring host- nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to return! Super modern appartement with induction hot plates! The bed is very comfortable and the Sofa bed is very easy to pull out and close during the day when not needed! It has everything in sufficient. It even has a microwave. The bathroom is super modern and very clean. I’ve rarely seen such high standard here in Croatia. Definitely recommend it! The room is in the middle of the old town which you would think that it is noisy at night but thanks to double glazing windows, and shutters you sleep perfectly with no sound! :) :) the owner and her son are very nice and very helpful! The studio was super clean and organized. Split weather was very hot, so we really appreciated that the flat was fresh as soon as we arrived. Location is amazing, literally right in the center of the old town where everything happens, so you can stay outside till late having some drinks and knowing that home is right around the corner, yet we barely were able to hear noises at night, and we had a wonderful sleep. The apartment was cozy with a chilled vibe, perfect for our little family. The living room was great for hanging out, and the bathroom offered free toiletries. Loved the tile/marble floor and the convenience of having a microwave and oven.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the tile/marble floor, but I know some people find it stylish.
